Are you battling with nightmares, sleep disruption, self-blame or irritability? Are you feeling down, disconnected or numb? Do you struggle with excessive worry, anxiety or restlessness?

These are battles
we can help you win.

The Road Home Program
We specialize in treating PTSD, depression and anxiety that resist traditional methods of treatment. We condense 6 months of therapy into 2 weeks to give you the tools you need to manage your mental wellness and contribute to the operational readiness of your unit.
No cost for travel, housing, meals and treatment.
Intensive Outpatient Program

Every month, two cohorts of active duty service members and veterans begin their journey through the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in state of the art facilities at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.

We offer two separate tracks of treatment: combat / training trauma and military sexual trauma. We add auxiliary support to address alcohol and substance use issues and treat traumatic brain injury when warranted.

Treatment is confidential and brief.
Evidence-based outcomes

After two intense weeks of mental health care boot camp, 80% of program participants demonstrate a substantial reduction in symptoms of PTSD and 51% fall below the diagnostic threshold for PTSD.

The program completion rate is 94%. In surveys taken one year after treatment, our data shows many are still benefiting from their two week program.

94% of IOP graduates would recommend the program to fellow service members.

Self-referral and command-referrals welcome.
A tactical pause from the daily grind

If you’ve been struggling with trauma, depression or anxiety, it might be time to take a knee and give yourself a chance to heal.

Since 2014, we have worked hand in hand with over 400 active duty service men and women in a safe environment that allows you to catch your breath, assess your situation and move forward.
