IN-PERSON TREATMENT

Outpatient Program

In-person outpatient care at the Road Home Program focuses on individualized care. Treatment focuses on immediate symptom reduction long term mental health recovery and permanent lifestyle changes for veterans, service members and their families. Length of treatment may be up to 6 months and participants have the option to engage in individual, group therapy, couples and family therapy. Individual therapy sessions can occur 1-3 per week. Veterans, service members and families leave with the tools and skills needed to move forward and build healthy, productive relationships and lives.


VIRTUAL TREATMENT

Virtual Outpatient Program (available to those living in Illinois and Indiana only)

Virtual outpatient care at the Road Home Program consists of weekly video visits. Treatment focuses on immediate symptom reduction, long-term mental health recovery and permanent lifestyle changes for veterans, service members and their families. Length of treatment may be up to 6 months and participants have the option to engage in individual, group therapy, couples and family therapy.
