Road Home Program’s 8th Anniversary

rh-adminUncategorized

March 14th, 2022 marks the 8-year anniversary of the Road Home Program and we are grateful for the support we have received over the years but equally grateful for having the opportunity to serve veterans, service members, and their families who are struggling with the invisible wounds of war and life. We have touched and transformed many lives through the great team we have assembled here at RHP.

Our dedicated team has created a culture of care and built a veteran and family community that many are proud to call home. We listen with compassion and focus on the unique needs of our veterans and their loved ones. Our innovative care and health services are backed by ground-breaking research.

Treating trauma outside of a traditional hospital setting allows veterans and their families to experience the healing journey in a supportive space. Regardless of discharge status or ability to pay, we serve all veterans, service members, and their families at no out-of-pocket cost. Eliminating financial barriers to mental health care is important, as care is so urgently needed in a selfless population.

Clinicians and staff provide crucial support along the recovery journey process. Genuine respect is shown to each veteran and those who come to our program learn the skills to respect themselves and their boundaries. Off the battlefield, we can treat PTSD and trauma in a way that sets veterans up for future success.

We are aware that life is short and should be lived meaningfully despite challenges and we are aware that more needs to be done. Our program works because our clinicians truly care. A new road home is possible in our 2-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – 10 days of dedicated work that can change one’s life.

We are profoundly humbled to continue serving our veterans, service members, and their families. Our entire team sincerely thanks you for choosing us as a trusted partner in delivering your care.
