Patient Referral

Intensive Outpatient Program. Treatment is available in-person only. The IOP is a two-week treatment program delivering highly concentrated, evidence-based care and support to veterans and service members impacted by PTSD and depression. Treatment combines Cognitive Processing Therapy with a holistic regimen of mindfulness-based stress reduction and resiliency skill building.

Outpatient Care. Treatment is available online and in-person. The Outpatient Program consists of weekly therapy sessions. Treatment focuses on immediate symptom reduction, long-term mental health recovery and permanent lifestyle changes for veteran, service members and families.

Video Visit. Video Visits deliver clinical care via the internet, on a smartphone, tablet and laptop. The clinicians at Road Home deliver the same high-quality care and support to your patients at a distance that they would receive in-person. Treatment is available to veterans of any era, service members and family members impacted by the invisible wounds of war, including PTSD, PTSD induced by Military Sexual Trauma and depression. Services are offered regardless of length of service or discharge status.

All treatment, meals, lodging and travel expenses are provided at no expense regardless of ability to pay. If your patient is covered by insurance, the insurance company will be billed, but Road Home will reimburse all co-pays.

Upon completion of the IOP, each participant will receive a discharge summary that highlights CPT treatment and recommendations for follow-up care.
