Video Visit

Road Home Program’s Video Visit (telemedicine) was originally developed to provide face-to-face video therapy for service members, rural veterans, housebound veterans and veterans with limited mobility. Video visits allow you access to our ongoing mental health programs and ensure that we can continue to provide the best and safest care to our veterans, service members and families. (Available in Illinois and Indiana only. If you live outside of those two states, we may still be able to provide care or services in one of our other programs. Please call us at 312-942-8387 (VETS) to discuss further)
